Hypnotherapy Disclosure

Hypnotherapy is an educational and self-improvement process that facilitates access to internal resources that assist people in solving problems, increasing motivation, or altering behavioral patterns to create positive change. Hypnotherapy is not a substitute for medical treatment or psychotherapy. Mr. Valverde does not practice medicine or psychotherapy and his services are not a replacement for counseling, psychotherapy, psychiatric, or medical treatment. No service or product provided is intended to diagnose or treat any disease or illness, psychological or mental health condition.

Terms of Service

Welcome to E3 Mind and Body.  By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use our services.

1) Services Provided
We offer coaching and therapy support services to help professionals improve their effectiveness with clients.

2) User Responsibilities
You must be at least 18 years old to use our services or have expressed permission from a parent or guardian.
You agree to provide accurate and complete information during the registration process. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password.

3) Payment Terms
Payment for services is required in advance.
We accept various payment methods, including credit cards PayPal, and Stripe.

4) Cancellations and Rescheduling
You may reschedule sessions with at least 24 hours notice.

If you paid a retainer to hold your appointment or prepaid for your appointment, we will apply those funds to your next appointment. Any appointment canceled less than 24 hours in advance forfeits any money paid and those funds will not be credited to your next appointment. 

If you pre-purchase session packages at the discounted rate, this cancellation policy is still enforced.  Should you fail to arrive for your appointment or cancel less than 24 hours in advance, one appointment will be removed from your available appointments.  

An appointment is automatically considered canceled/no-show without notice if you are more than 10 minutes late for your scheduled appointment and have not called to notify our office.

6) Intellectual Property
All content provided through our services, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of E3 Mind and Body and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

7) Limitation of Liability
Our services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of our services.

8) Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of New Mexico, Bernalillo County, without regard to its conflict of law principles. By using our services, you agree that any claim of damages or disputes arising from your participation in hypnotherapy sessions, hypnotherapy regression therapies, processing emotions methods, guided imagery, or events, should it arise, shall be settled by the arbitration before an extra-judicial arbitration and mediation service selected by the parties.
